The Fall of Uchiha: Raiton Shrine

After his battle with Orochimaru, Itachi sits under a tree wrapping bandages around his injuries, then he suddenly passes out from exhaustion. Back in Konoha, underground the treacherous Orochimaru meets with Danzo!

Danzo: So you made it out there alive?

Orochimaru: You said you would give me enough time to get those eyes, I was this close if it weren’t for Kakashi’s interference!

Danzo:I thought everything was under control, I had no idea Kakashi would stick his nose where it doesn’t belong!

Orochimaru: You old fool, if you would have recruited him into Root like I suggested this wouldn’t have happened!

Danzo:Calm down, Orochimaru! Besides, he turned us down, he insisted on staying loyal to the Third even after his master died because of the teachings of that fool, Sarutobi. Don’t worry you’ll get another chance.

Orochimaru: You bet I will, with or without your assistance, you leave Kakashi to me it’s about time I show him my true power that way that brat will mind his own business.

Danzo: The objective wasn’t to get the Sharingan anyway, well not just yet, it was to see how far he could go in a battle with you, and he passed with flying colors should I add!

Orochimaru:Yes, the power inside him is fierce, but forget that for now, beside if I were serious he would be dead but I was trying to keep his body intact so I wouldn’t damage thoughs eyes of his……. It looks like I’d better go before they track me here. Danzo, don’t even think about betraying me or the entire ninja world will know what you’re up to and on top of that you’ll have me to worry about.

Orochimaru fades into the floor.

Danzo:Don’t worry, Orochimaru, I have great plans for our little alliance.

Deep inside the forest Asami has just defeated a shinobi and she sits on the ground to rests, she hears a movement in the trees and readies her kunai suddenly a movement sets off one of her traps but strangely they shoot straight for her. As she dodges the shuriken and land, a ninja appears behind her with strange eyes and orange hair, knocking her unconscious and quickly disappearing!

The scene switches to a large river where only a hand full of shinobi dash cross to enter the Rain Village, as they try to enter the village suddenly they are attack by ninja underwater! Shisui who is also among the ninja quickly disposes of them by slashing they bodies with his katana and then makes it to the other side while the others are dragged under water by the Rain ninja. Shisui then sees a Rain ninja standing infront of him with an umbrella!

Shisui: I don’t have time for this, stand aside!

Rain Ninja: I won’t let you get passed me!

Shisui: Looks like I’ll get passed by force.

The rain ninja throws his umbrella in the air and the sun is blotted out by a barrage of needles, as they fall Shisui stands in his position firmly. The ninja thinks he has won but realizes he is caught in genjutsu, they both stand in a river of fire.

Shisui:I don’t think you understood me before, I don’t have time for this, but it’s always fun to practice the power of my Sharingan.

Rain Ninja:Sharingan? Then you must be an Uchiha!

Shisui: Yes, you got matched with the wrong guy!

A field of knives start to appear around the rain ninja.

Shisui: Now choose which knife you want me to cut out your insides with!

The Rain ninja unwillingly picks up a large knife and starts to point it toward his heart and his heart beat erupts loudly beating fast, it is quickly silenced when he stabs himself through the chest with the knife. The genjutsu is suddenly released and the rain ninja realizes he is not dead and Shisui has gotten passed him, then he falls asleep from exhaustion, Shisui is seen running through a forest outside the city!

Shisui:My new Sharingan is awesome, stupid Rain Ninja!

Shisui then sees an old priest lying on the ground trapped in genjutsu and automatically knows Itachi has been here. He activates his Sharingan and uses it to enter the guys head to steal info on Itachi. He sees the old man tell him where the Raiton Shrine is, so Shisui deactivates his Sharingan and head for the Shrine.

Itachi who is already at the entrance of the Shrine and still hurt from his fight with Orochimaru, enter where he sees the scroll on a mantle but before he could finish his first step, the ninja with orange hair appears forming hand signs, Wind Style: Pressure Gorge, a giant gust of wind appears inside the shrine then blows the entire building up from the inside. As Itachi stands from the rubble he sees the ninja standing in front of him holding the scroll over his shoulder and notices he’s wearing the same cloak as Madara. He then looks at his eyes and total shock forms over his face.

Itachi: Who are you?

Ninja:You can call me Pein!

Pein appears right in Itachi’s face and kicks him through another building that was onside of the Shrine.

Pein:Funny, when I last seen Madara, he told me you would actually be a challenge, you don’t understand true pain!

The scene switches to Madara and Zetsu.

Zetsu: We have to do something about Orochimaru, he can’t just abandon his duties as an Akatsuki to just go off to complete his own agenda. He agreed when we let him join that Akatsuki comes first, once we have achieved our goal everyone in our circle will be able to get what they want.

Madara: That’s Orochimaru’s problem, he has no patience, that’s why he and Sasori has so much in common. Don’t worry about him I’ll get Pein to keep him under control!

Zetsu: Hmph, speaking of Sasori, he’s going to want to kill Orochimaru as he just left him to do all the dirty work…. Oh and are you sure this Pein is right to lead our organization?

Madara: Pein is perfect to lead this brotherhood atleast until I am ready to take over and for that to happen faster I’ll need Itachi.

The scene switches back to Itachi and Pein.

Itachi (Panting): So he’s behind this, stand aside.

Pein: You don’t want to see your little friend here die, do you?

Pein points to the unconscious Asami tied up on a tree.

Itachi: Let her go!

Pein:All you leaf ninja are the same, you think you can get your way, I will show you that the Uchiha Clan is nothing more than talentless fools.

Itachi: This is meaningless.

Pein: Come Itachi, let me show you the true power of my Rinnegan!

Itachi:Rinnegan? So it’s true, the bloodlimit of the Sage of the Six Paths does exists. How can you have the Rinnegan?

Pein: Because, I know true pain and know what must be done about it, I will use this power to bring true peace to the world of shinobi. Madara has some stupid idea that you can be apart of that peace but I don’t think you can. If you don’t understand the pain and hatred in this world then how can you understand peace, well, I will show you pain by killing your friend.

Itachi: Peace? That’s a pipe dream, Pain? Hatred?, That’s reality, a reality that I have seen more than you know.

Pein:I don’t think you have, Konoha have lived in those walls seeing nothing but peace, you have no idea what true pain is, seeing your friends and family being wiped out, starving, living in fear everyday of your life.  I have the power to change this accursed world, if you understand that then and only then I will truly believe your understanding of pain.

Itachi: I know one thing, war brings hatred and with the hatred that I have for war and pain, I will become strong and achieve true peace! I will start by defeating you and saving her!

Itachi activates his Sharingan and Pein’s Rinnegan starts to glow as it also activates.

Pein:Let’s see who’s blood limit is the strongest, who’s pain is the strongest!
