Confused about how the new Shannaro!!! works? Check out this FAQ post
With the switch to the WordPress hosted blog, submitting blogs has become a bit harder. On the old Shannaro!!! blog, all users were automatically ‘contributors’ once they’ve registered. But here users will need to be invited to be ‘contributors’ in order to submit posts. Invites can only be sent if you have a user account registered with WordPress (sign up for free here).
If you’ve previously had a post published with Shannaro!!! and would like to contribute to the new blog, just send a request to admin@narutohurricane.com stating who you are (username on old Shannaro!!! blog) and what email address you used to register with WordPress.
If you’re a new visitor and are serious about contributing a blog post, please send a copy of the first post you’d like to be published using the email address you used to register with WordPress to admin@narutohurricane.com. Once it’s approved, you will receive an invitation in your email to become a contributor or possibly author. Please Do Not include pics with your submission, only text. You can add pics later to your post when you become a contributor and can edit your own blogs. Please read this help guide on how to edit blogs.
Here’s some general guidelines for good blog writing:
- try to keep the topic Naruto related, but related manga/anime/game-based blogs are fine too.
- be creative, copying and pasting other people’s work and calling it your own is a big no-no.
- watch your spelling and grammar. Please use a spellchecker!
- keep it at a decent length. If you can read it in less than a minute, then it’s probably too short. If unsure about length, take a look at other people’s blogs to get an idea.
